Our Team
Hanish has more than 10 years of proven work experience in the field of Indirect Taxes and GST. He works closely with clients engaged in complex businesses like Pharma and Real Estate. He also has to his credit, being a speaker on various impactful platforms across India like the ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, FKCCI, BCIC and CTC. Hanish heads the litigation practice and has represented clients at various judicial forums including CETSAT, Advance Ruling etc.,
Sandesh is a practicing Chartered Accountant and heads the Consulting practice and has been providing business strategy and structuring services. He has to his credit, having been an advisor to some of the leading Real Estate companies in Bangalore and experience of working on the UAE VAT. Sandesh has trained Central and State Officers on GST and played a pivotal role in GST implementation of companies across several sectors. He specialises in handling new age businesses like E-com operators, Loyalty Program, SaaS businesses etc.,
