Hanish has more than 10 years of proven work experience in the field of Indirect Taxes and GST. He works closely with clients engaged in complex businesses like Pharma and Real Estate. 

 

Hanish has to his credit

• A speaker on various impactful platforms across India like the ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, FKCCI, BCIC and CTC. 

• Heads the litigation practice and has represented clients at various judicial forums including CESTAT, Advance Ruling etc.,

 

Having been a teacher to CA students for over a decade helps Hanish comprehend and explain complex GST provisions in layman terms. He likes to read and research regularly to stay atop his game and it is also the driving force behind enthusiasm for his work. Sharing and discussing the same with colleagues is something he loves doing. 

 

Hanish’s work outside the organisation includes teaching and training CA members and revenue authorities. His strengths are his ability to understand the requirements of clients in-depth and providing innovative solutions to bail them out of tricky situations. 

 

Hanish’s honesty and working style are unique to him. He doesn't believe in micromanaging anyone and thinks that everyone must be allowed their space to work around the shared goal.
